How long should I expect the customized product to arrive at my home?
Depending on the specific product, it normally takes one to three weeks to fulfill an order. Please note: during hot sales seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, New Year's Day) shipping time may be longer.
Can customized products be returned?
In general, all customized products are made especially for you based on your own design and therefore cannot be returned. But if something unexpected happens during production or delivery (for example, a wrong product shipped to you), we can help you solve the problems. Please refer to our terms of service for more information.
I see that some products are out of stock. Can I still order them?
Yes, you can! Sign up for a membership and contact our customer service (info@alleen4u.nl) to request a quote. We will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
I made a mistake in my design, can I still change the order?
Please contact our customer service (info@alleen4u.nl) as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your request.
Do you accept a foreign shipping address?
We only focus on the Netherlands currently. In the future we may expand our activities to other countries.
